The Swedes have some fabulous delicatessens traditions...one of them being cookies!
It is tradition that over Christmas, these yummy morsals be made. They are called Peppar Kakor and are similar to a ginger/spice cookie. Although S O M U C H better. They go great with coffee and are fun to decorate. I could go for some right now, seeing as it's -1 degrees outside in Denver and all I want to is go home and read. Well that and eat cookies.
Ugh, oh well. Here's to next Christmas. Wait a second, maybe I will go home and make a batch. I mean, I don't want to be descrimatory to any other months of the year!
